IS200VTURH1BAA is a Primary Turbine Protection (VTUR) Board developed by General Electric (GE) for the Mark VI Speedtronic Turbine Control System. Installed in a VME rack, it performs critical turbine protection and monitoring functions by measuring turbine speed, monitoring shaft voltage and current, generating the primary overspeed trip signal, and controlling the primary trip relays on the TRPx terminal board. The board also supports flame detection in gas turbine applications by interfacing with up to eight Geiger-Mueller flame detectors. Designed for high-reliability industrial environments, the IS200VTURH1BAA plays an essential role in protecting gas and steam turbines from overspeed and electrical faults while ensuring safe shutdown and synchronization operations.
